The majority of EUPATI National Platforms are actively developing and implementing patient training initiatives:
- A number of EUPATI National Platforms have adapted the EUPATI Patient Expert Training Course into the national context and deliver the course at the national level in the local language. Currently, Ireland, Italy and the Netherlands provide this training.
- Mini-Courses and Workshops based on EUPATI material have been provided by some National Platforms in Belgium, Portugal, Spain and the UK.
- Other patient education and training initiatives are taking place in e.g. Belgium, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK.
