Our Trainer
Carolyn Ingram is a public health researcher and educator with expertise in health technology assessment. She holds a Master’s degree in Global Health from the University of Bordeaux and a PhD in Public Health Research from University College Dublin (UCD), focusing on community health needs in vulnerable populations. Carolyn is currently a Health Technology Assessor with the National Centre for Pharmacoeconomics, Ireland. She joined EUPATI as a consultant and trainer in 2023 and has helped develop educational materials aimed at making the new EU Health Technology Assessment Regulation understandable and accessible to patients and professionals.
