Good Lay summary Practice Workshop – Replay available

Last 26 November, EUPATI organised an online workshop to explain what is Good Lay Summary Practice (GLSP) and how it can help patient engagement.

GLSP is a method that provides recommendations on how to prepare, write, translate, and disseminate summaries of clinical trial results in lay language. It has been made a mandatory requirement since the EU Regulation on clinical trials on medicinal products for human use and a transparency obligation to all trial participants and the interested public (No. 536/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, 16 April 2014).

In this recording, Dr. Ingrid Klingmann (EFGCP Chairman) and Dr. Solange Corriol-Rouhou (AstraZeneca) explain how GLSP is an opportunity to make patient engagement a reality.
